In the spirit of reflection following New Year’s, the California Association of Resource Conservation Districts is proud to present our Annual Report for 2019-2020. Despite all the challenges the past year has brought, we are proud what we have accomplished as an association and as a community of RCDs. We could not have done it all without you all and we are looking forward to continuing to work together and inspire each other into 2021.
