Mendocino County RCD has Released the Eel River Roads Video – a primer on best practices for rural road construction and maintenance

The Mendocino County Resource Conservation District (MCRCD) has released their new roads video –  a primer on best practices for rural road construction and maintenance. The video is based on their reference guide, Handbook for Forest, Ranch and Rural Roads. The reference guide is a great resource for planning, designing, constructing, reconstructing, upgrading, maintaining and closing wildland roads.
The Handbook for Forest, Ranch and Rural Roads is available for download in Spanish and English at https://mcrcd.org/resources/publications.

A big thank you to the State Water Resources Control Board for funding the video and to Pacific Watershed Associates for helping produce it.
