Anthony MyintThe Perennial Farming Initiative
Anthony Myint is a chef and food activist who co-founded Mission Chinese Food (SF, NYC, Brooklyn and kind of in Copenhagen), and is mobilizing the restaurant industry toward climate solutions through his non-profit The Perennial Farming Initiative (PFI). Anthony was recently awarded the Basque Culinary World Prize for his work beyond the kitchen. In January PFI is launching a statewide restaurant program called Restore California in collaboration with CDFA, CARB and CARCD. The program will establish a community of diners and restaurants supporting a transition toward climate beneficial farming practices.
