Tsai has worked with hundreds of for profit and nonprofit organizations on cross-cultural competency and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) since 2005. This includes: assessment of organizational effectiveness, implementation of strategic DEI programs, diversity councils, program design and management, facilitation of team interventions, coaching of executives and managers with diverse work teams, professional development coaching of foreign- and U.S.-born persons of color, and presentation skills. Prior to founding TsaiComms, Lillian spent 25 years in global high-tech marketing and communications in the U.S. and Germany.
