Sustainable Agriculture Specialist, Inland Empire Resource Conservation DistrictLucia Ceja is the Sustainable Agriculture Specialist at the Inland Empire RCD. Starting as a volunteer with Huerta del Valle Community Garden, she transitioned into working with the IERCD through the NACD Urban Ag Grant to expand access to fresh produce for low income communities. She is continuing to work with the RCD to promote sustainable agriculture through workshops, support and development of community gardens, and farmer outreach.
