District Manager, Inland Empire Resource Conservation DistrictMandy Parkes is the district manager at the Inland Empire RCD, a 1,286 square mile district based in southern California, and focusing on open space conservation, facilitation of regulatory-ordered mitigation projects, promotion of sustainable agriculture, and development of conservation education opportunities for residents. Mandy will be highlighting reduction in the administrative burden of mitigation project data management/regulatory compliance and public outreach materials development as a result of Project Tracker participation.
