The California Association of Resource Conservation Districts (CARCD) 72nd Annual Conference highlighted and celebrated “Dynamic Partnerships, Relevant Results,” from November 15-18, 2017 in Sacramento, California.

Conference Overview

Over 250 professionals attended the Annual Conference in November, including conservation practitioners, scientists, private landowners, legislators, non-profit partner organizations, and State and Federal agency representatives. Participants participated an unparalleled opportunity to build new and strengthen existing partnerships, become acquainted with locally-driven conservation programs throughout the state, and explore opportunities for innovation through the cross-pollination of ideas.

Agenda

The robust agenda featured a Day of Training designed exclusively for RCDs by Solid Ground Consulting, a Soil Health Summit presented by East Stanislaus RCD and NRCS along with two additional days of panels, breakout sessions, poolside chats and more.
